Since our inception in 2004, Solomito Land Planning has been continually breaking new ground as one of the few woman-owned and -run professional land planning firms in the region. Today, from our East Memphis office, SLP directs professional land use planning, including site master planning, mixed-use residential developments and office centers.

We are known and sought for our ability to seamlessly lead clients through the entire project spectrum, and for our industry expertise and deep relationships within private, public and governmental sectors.

We’ve led the master planning and/or zoning and development of highly visible and well-respected projects throughout the Mid-South, such as resort and entertainment projects, major interstate corridor projects, regional and community commercial centers, office centers and mixed-use residential developments. A major element in our master planning is community consensus building, including hosting community meetings.
